Our last retreat was held at the beautiful Spring Mount Retreat centre in Inman valley.

11 women spent the weekend immersed in nature, eating locally grown organic foods, stretching and luxuriating in nature. My Co-Facilitator was a yin yoga teacher, so there was a lot of yinning around and deep rest.

The next retreat is still in its conception phase, and is scheduled for the Australian winter of 2027, in a tropical setting.
